Service

VenuzClips V1 provides local Windows tools for your own League of Legends recordings: selection, editing, review, downloads and optional TikTok publishing. Platform permissions and approvals determine availability. Scheduled publishing and analytics are not part of V1.

Your content

You must hold the necessary rights to the content you process and share. Review videos, text, music and disclosures before publishing. You retain your rights and authorize only the processing needed for the service and transfers you explicitly initiate.

Accounts

Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. You choose the description, visibility, interactions and commercial disclosures, and confirm publication. TikTok's terms, music rules and branded-content policies also apply. Do not bypass limits or permissions.

Music and external services

Music files are subject to their respective licenses. Required credits must be retained. A license does not guarantee the absence of automated claims. AI hooks and descriptions are supplied through the included VenuzClips creative service. An active installation session, internet access and available usage quota are required. You do not need a separate provider account or API key. If generation fails, the affected output reports an error; generic local replacement text is not generated.

Limitations

Detection and creative suggestions can be incorrect. There is no guarantee of virality, reach or platform approval. Keep original recordings and credentials secure.

Termination and statutory rights

You may disconnect accounts and uninstall the application. Original recordings, local data and published posts are not automatically removed by doing so. Statutory consumer rights and mandatory liability rules remain unaffected. In particular, liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health is not excluded across the board.
